Summary

Send an image or document media message to a specified WhatsApp number via a chosen Evolution API instance.

Inputs

• Media URL (required) — URL of the media file (image or document) to send.
• Type (required) — Type of media being sent; must be either 'Image' or 'Document'.
• Filename — Optional filename for the media file.
• MimeType — Optional MIME type of the media file.
• Caption — Optional text caption to include with the media.
• Delay — Typing simulation delay in milliseconds before sending the message.
• Instance — Identifier of the Evolution API instance through which to send the media.
• Number — The WhatsApp number to which the media message will be sent.

Output shape

a list of JSON objects, each describing the send operation result for an input item

Each output JSON object includes success status, message id, media type, media URL, optional filename, mimetype, caption, delay, recipient number, instance, and the ISO datetime when the message was sent. Multiple input items are processed independently and returned as an array.
