Summary

Edit an existing chat message by specifying the instance, contact number, message ID, and new message text.

Inputs

• Instance Name or ID (required) — Select the WhatsApp instance or specify its ID where the message to edit exists.
• Contato (required) — Phone number of the contact whose message will be updated.
• ID Da Mensagem (required) — ID of the specific message to be edited.
• Nova Mensagem (required) — New text content to replace the existing message.

Output shape

a single JSON object confirming the message update or containing details of the updated message

The output returns a JSON array containing the response from the API call that edits the message. Errors related to unsupported operations are thrown as exceptions.
