Summary

Searches FinImpulse for stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds using a free-text query, optional ticker symbols, and filters. Returns matching asset records with pagination metadata.

Inputs

• Search Text — Free-text query, such as a ticker, company name, or partial match.
• Select Identifiers — Field names to include in each result; leave empty to use the API's default fields.
• Quote Types — Limit results to stocks, ETFs, or mutual funds.
• Ticker Symbols to Retrieve — Ticker symbols to retrieve.
• Limit — Maximum number of results; defaults to 100.
• Offset — Result offset for pagination; defaults to 0.
• Filters — Optional filter expressions, entered as JSON. Invalid JSON causes an operation error.
• Sort By — Optional sort criteria: a metric selector and whether to sort descending.
• Has Public Financial Reports? — Filter for companies with or without public financial statements; Default leaves this unset.
• Include Tickers with Missing Names? — Whether to include tickers without a company name; Default leaves this unset.
• Exclude Tickers with Available Names? — Whether to exclude tickers that have a company name; Default leaves this unset.

Output shape

A list of matching asset records, each returned as an n8n item.

Each record includes an _meta object with total_count, offset, and limit. If the API response contains no items, the operation returns an empty list.
