Add a fallback URL to an existing Firelinks link to be used if the main URL is unavailable.

Inputs

• Link ID (required) — The ID of the link to which the fallback URL will be added.
• Reserve URL (required) — The backup URL to use when the main URL cannot be reached.

a list containing the updated link data with the fallback URL included
