Summary

Retrieve grain application records filtered by date range, broker contract number, or CTG number from the fyo API.

Inputs

• Search By (required) — Selects the criterion for searching grain applications. Options: Date Range, Broker Contract Number, CTG Number.
• Date From (required) — Start date for the search when searching by date range. Must be a valid date and max 1 month range.
• Date To — End date for the search when searching by date range. Optional but if provided, must be within 1 month from Date From.
• Broker Contract Number (required) — The broker contract number to search by when that search type is selected.
• CTG Number (required) — The CTG number to search by when that search type is selected.

Output shape

a list of application records matching the search criteria

The output contains an array of grain application items returned from the fyo API, with each item returned as a separate n8n output item. Date inputs are validated to ensure they exist and the date range is limited to a maximum of one month.

Examples

Example 1: Get grain applications by date range

Set Search By to Date Range, supply Date From and optional Date To within one month.

Example 2: Get grain applications by broker contract number

Set Search By to Broker Contract Number and provide a valid contract number.

Example 3: Get grain applications by CTG number

Set Search By to CTG Number and provide a valid CTG number.
