Summary

Create a Gallabox contact or update the existing contact matched by phone number. Optionally set the contact’s name, email, tags, owner, and custom field values.

Inputs

• Phone (required) — Phone number used as the upsert key; the node accepts 10–15 digits, with optional spaces or a leading plus sign.
• Name — Contact name to set or update; omitted from the request when empty.
• Email — Email address to set or update; sent as a single-element array and omitted when empty.
• Tags — Comma-separated tag names to add or update. Each tag must be 1–50 characters.
• Contact Owner ID — Owner ID or email address to set or update; omitted when empty.
• Field Values — Comma-separated custom field name=value pairs to set or update. Values may contain =; pairs without = cause an error.

Output shape

A list of n8n items, each containing the Gallabox upsert response as its JSON value.

The node sends a POST request to the account’s /contacts/upsert endpoint. If Continue On Fail is enabled, a failed input item produces an item with an error field instead of stopping execution.
