Summary

Send review links to selected recipients via email

Inputs

• projectId (required) — Identifier of the project whose review links will be sent
• reviewRecipientsJson (required) — JSON array of recipient objects with email (and optional name) to receive the review links
• reviewMessage — Optional email body text sent to recipients
• reviewLabel — Optional label attached to the review links
• reviewOfferExpiresDays — Number of days the review link remains valid; defaults to 14, range 1–365

Output shape

An array of execution results; each element contains the API response payload and pairedItem metadata

If continueOnFail is enabled, items with errors include an error field; otherwise the operation throws.

Examples

Example 1: Send review links to a single client with default expiry

Set operation to 'Preview › Send Review Links', enter 'Project ID' (e.g., proj_123), provide 'Recipients JSON' as '[{"email":"client@example.com","name":"Client"}]', optionally set 'Email Message' and 'Review Label', leave 'Review Link Expires In (Days)' at default 14.

Example 2: Send review links with a custom 30‑day expiry

Select operation 'Preview › Send Review Links', fill 'Project ID' (e.g., proj_456), add 'Recipients JSON' array, optionally add 'Review Message' and 'Review Label', set 'Review Link Expires In (Days)' to 30.

Example 3: Cancel a review round after sending links

Switch operation to 'Preview › Cancel Review Round' (value proposalReviewCancel), provide 'Project ID' and 'Proposal Review ID' from previous send, then optionally configure 'Project ID' and other fields as needed.
