Summary

Update an existing Google Contact identified by its Contact ID by modifying fields such as email, phone number, company, job title, and notes.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose between using a refresh token with auto-refresh or a bearer token manually provided to authenticate the request.
• Contact ID (required) — The resource name of the contact to update (e.g., people/123456).
• Additional Fields — Optional fields to update on the contact, including Company name, Email address, Job title, Notes, and Phone number. When using 'refreshToken' authentication, a custom refresh token can also be optionally provided here to override credentials.

Output shape

a single updated contact object returned from the Google People API

The operation fetches the current contact data, updates specified fields, and returns the complete updated contact. If multiple input items are provided, returns an array of updated contact objects. Errors can be optionally returned per item if 'continueOnFail' is enabled.

Set 'Contact ID' to the target contact's resource name, fill 'Email' and 'Phone' in 'Additional Fields', and authenticate with a refresh token or bearer token.
