Overview

Integrates with CRM Grape, a customer relationship management platform, to automate messaging, ticket management, contact tracking, and Kanban workflows. This package enables n8n users to send and retrieve messages, manage tickets and contacts, apply tags, handle follow-up sequences, and interact with Kanban boards directly from workflows.

CRM Grape

Provides a comprehensive interface for CRM Grape operations, allowing you to send messages and media, create and update contacts and tickets, manage tags, handle Kanban cards, and schedule follow-ups.

• Mensagem · Enviar Mensagem — Sends a text message to an existing CRM Grape ticket by calling the CRM's n8n webhook with the send_message action.
• Mensagem · Enviar Mídia — Sends a media file (image, document, audio, voice note or video) from a URL into a CRM Grape ticket conversation by posting a send_media action to the CRM's n8n webhook.
• Mensagem · Nota Interna — Posts an internal note, visible only to the team and not the customer, on a CRM Grape ticket. It sends the send_internal_note action to the CRM's n8n webhook endpoint.
• Contato · Criar Contato — Creates a contact in CRM Grape from a name and phone number, with an optional email. The operation's description says it creates or updates the contact by phone.
• Contato · Atualizar Contato — Updates the name and/or email of an existing CRM Grape contact, identified by its contact ID, by sending an update_contact action to the CRM's n8n webhook endpoint.
• Contato · Deletar Contato — Deletes a single contact in CRM Grape by its ID, using a POST to the CRM's n8n webhook endpoint with the action delete_contact.
• Contato · Definir Score — Sets the numeric score (pontuação) of a single CRM Grape contact by ID. It sends a set_contact_score action to the CRM's n8n webhook endpoint.

• Tag · Adicionar Tag ao Ticket — Adds an existing tag to a CRM Grape ticket by sending an add_tag_to_ticket action to the Grape n8n webhook endpoint.
• Tag · Remover Tag do Ticket — Remove a single tag from a ticket in CRM Grape by sending a remove_tag_from_ticket action to the CRM's n8n webhook endpoint.
• Tag · Adicionar Tag ao Contato — Adds an existing tag to a CRM Grape contact by sending the contact ID and tag ID to the CRM's n8n webhook endpoint (action add_tag_to_contact).
• Tag · Remover Tag do Contato — Removes a tag from a contact in CRM Grape by sending the remove_tag_from_contact action, with the contact ID and tag ID, to the CRM's n8n webhook endpoint.
• Kanban · Mover Card — Moves a ticket's Kanban card to a specified destination column in CRM Grape by sending a move_kanban action to the CRM webhook.
• Sequência · Agendar Follow-up — Schedules a single follow-up message on a CRM Grape ticket to be sent after a configurable delay. The message is typed manually or supplied by an AI node.
• Sequência · Adicionar Sequência — Attaches an existing CRM Grape follow-up sequence (looked up by name or ID) to a ticket, so the CRM creates the follow-ups for each step of the sequence.
• Consulta · Listar Tickets — Lists tickets from the CRM Grape account via an authenticated GET to /api/v1/n8n/query/tickets, with optional filters, sorting and a result limit.
• Consulta · Mensagens do Ticket — Fetches the messages of a single CRM Grape ticket by ID through an authenticated GET request to the CRM's n8n query API, with a configurable maximum number of results.
• Consulta · Listar Contatos — Lists contacts from the CRM Grape account, optionally filtered by a search term, up to a maximum number of results.
• Consulta · Listar Tags — Lists all tags defined in the CRM Grape account by sending an authenticated GET request to /api/v1/n8n/query/tags. Takes no parameters, so use it to look up tag IDs before adding or removing tags.
• Consulta · Listar Filas — Lists all queues/departments (filas/setores) from the Grape CRM by calling its authenticated query endpoint. It takes no parameters.
• Consulta · Listar Usuários — Lists the users (atendentes/agents) of the CRM Grape account by sending a GET request to /api/v1/n8n/query/users, authenticated with the webhook token from the credentials.
• Consulta · Listar Kanban Boards — Lists all Kanban boards in the CRM Grape account by sending an authenticated GET request to /api/v1/n8n/query/kanban/boards.
• Consulta · Listar Kanban Colunas — Lists the Kanban columns in CRM Grape, optionally limited to one board, by calling GET /api/v1/n8n/query/kanban/columns.

Credentials

Uses a webhook token to authenticate requests to the CRM's endpoints.

Installation

Install as an n8n community node: in n8n, open Settings → Community nodes → Install and enter n8n-nodes-grape.
