Summary

Uploads a file to a specified chat in WhatsApp.

Inputs

• chatId (required) — The unique identifier of the chat where the file will be uploaded, formatted as a phone number followed by '@c.us'.
• filePath (required) — The local file path to the file that is to be uploaded.

Output shape

no body — success/failure only

Ensure the file path is accessible from the n8n instance. The successful execution does not return any content.

Example 1: Upload an image to a chat

With chat ID '79000000000@c.us' and file path 'C:\Users\admin\Images\image.jpg'.

Example 2: Upload a document to a chat

With chat ID '79000000000@c.us' and file path 'C:\Users\admin\Documents\report.pdf'.
