Summary

Search videos using a user-provided query with optional parameters to control the number of results, country, languages, pagination, and filters for safe search, freshness, and spellchecking.

Inputs

• Query (required) — The search query term; must be non-empty with a maximum of 400 characters and 50 words.
• Count — The maximum number of video results to return, up to 50. Actual results may be fewer.
• Additional Parameters — Optional parameters including Country (results source region), Search Language, User Interface Language, Offset (for pagination), Spellcheck (enable/disable query spellcheck), Safe Search level (filter adult content), and Freshness (filter results by discovery time).

Output shape

a JSON array of video search result objects as returned by the Hack Club Search API.

The number of results returned may be less than the requested count. Use the Offset parameter combined with Count to paginate through results. If spellcheck is enabled, the query may be modified; the modified query is included in the response under the 'altered' key in the query response model.
