Inputs

  • Name (required) — Topic name (up to 100 characters).
  • Additional Fields: Description — Topic description (up to 500 characters); omitted from the request if empty.
  • Additional Fields: Color — Hex color code for the topic; omitted if empty.
  • Additional Fields: Icon Name — Material icon name; omitted if empty.
  • Additional Fields: Topic Context — Custom instructions for AI processing of sessions in this topic (up to 20,000 characters); omitted if empty.

Output shape

One item containing the created topic record for each input item.

The node makes a POST request to Hedy’s /topics endpoint and returns the response data. If Continue On Fail is enabled, an error is returned as an item with an error field.
