Summary

Add a shape (ellipse, line, or rectangle) to a specified paragraph in an HWPX document provided either as binary data or by URL, returning the modified HWPX file as binary.

Inputs

• inputSource (required) — Choose the method to input the HWPX file, either as binary data or via a URL.
• inputBinaryPropertyName — Binary data property name containing the HWPX file (required if inputSource is 'binary').
• fileUrl — URL to download the HWPX file from (required if inputSource is 'url').
• shapeType (required) — Type of shape to add: ellipse, line, or rectangle.
• options — Collection of optional parameters to customize the shape, including position coordinates (startX, startY, endX, endY in HWPUNIT for lines), size (widthMm, heightMm in millimeters), fillColor (hex color), lineColor (hex color), lineWidth (millimeters), targetParagraphIndex (zero-based index of paragraph to insert shape), fileName (output file name), and outputBinaryPropertyName (name for the resulting binary output).

The operation outputs a modified HWPX file with the inserted shape as specified. The input HWPX file must be provided either through the specified binary property or a downloadable URL. The modification targets a particular paragraph by its index.
