Summary

Lists documents in the Hyperspell index, with optional source, status, and metadata filters. Choose a result limit or return all pages, and set Act as User to scope the request when needed.

Inputs

• Return All — When enabled, requests pages of 100 and follows the response cursor until no next cursor remains. When disabled, uses Limit (default 50; allowed range 1–100).
• Limit — Maximum number of documents to return when Return All is disabled.
• Simplify — Defaults to true. Simplified results expose document fields such as resource_id, source, title, metadata, status, and text; text is selected from summary, highlights, or flattened document content and capped at 2,000 characters. Disable to retain the raw response.
• Filters — Optionally filter by Source, Status, or a MongoDB-style metadata filter in JSON. The defaults are Vault and Completed; the filter is sent as a query parameter.
• Act as User — User ID to run the request as; overrides the credential value. Leave empty to use the credential value. If both are empty, the node defaults to the app user with the most documents, or runs app-scoped when no users exist.

Output shape

A list of document results, subject to the selected limit or pagination setting.

With Simplify enabled, each document is reduced to selected fields and text is capped at 2,000 characters. API errors are raised; if there are no results and Act as User was empty, an additional notice item may be returned explaining the user scope.
