Summary

Retrieve Hyros leads using optional identity, stage, tag, join-date, or update-date filters. Return either all matching leads or up to the configured limit; use the page ID filter to request a specific page.

Inputs

• Return All — When enabled, retrieves all matching results. When disabled, limits the response to the configured number.
• Limit — Maximum number of leads to return when Return All is disabled; allowed range is 1–250, default 50.
• Emails — Comma-separated email addresses to search, up to 50.
• From Date — Include leads whose join date is more recent than this ISO 8601 date/time.
• IDs — Comma-separated lead IDs to search, up to 50.
• Page ID — ID of the next page to retrieve.
• Phones — Comma-separated phone numbers to search, up to 50. Matching uses trailing digits, so formatting and country codes are tolerated.
• Stage — Comma-separated stage names, up to 50; includes leads whose current stage matches any listed name.
• Tag From Date — Include leads with a tag applied on or after this ISO 8601 date/time. With Tags, the tag must have been applied within the period; without Tags, any tag applied in the period qualifies. Leads without a recorded tag-assignment date are excluded.
• Tag To Date — Include leads with a tag applied on or before this ISO 8601 date/time. Must not be earlier than Tag From Date.
• Tags — Comma-separated tag names, up to 50; includes leads holding any listed tag. Matches exact names, including prefixes such as !.
• To Date — Include leads whose join date is before this ISO 8601 date/time.
• Updated From Date — Include leads modified on or after this date/time; useful for incremental syncs that need to capture later tag or stage changes.
• Updated To Date — Include leads modified on or before this date/time.

Output shape

A list of matching lead records.

The response is limited by Limit unless Return All is enabled. Filters are optional and can be combined; the node source pack does not specify the lead record fields.

Examples

Example 1: List leads updated during the last day, including leads that were re-tagged or re-staged.

Set Updated From Date and Updated To Date to the desired interval; enable Return All or set Limit.

Example 2: Find leads that currently hold a particular tag, and where that tag was applied during a date range.

Set Tags together with Tag From Date and optionally Tag To Date.
