Summary

Close a specified document in iCount's system.

Inputs

• doctype (required) — Select the type of document to close (Invoice, Receipt, etc.).
• docnum (required) — Provide the document number of the document to be closed.
• based_on — Optionally provide a JSON array of related documents that this document is based on.

Output shape

no body — success/failure only

Ensure document number and type are correctly specified; only valid documents can be closed.

Examples

Example 1: Closing an invoice with number 4567

Set doctype to 'invoice', docnum to 4567, based_on can be left empty.

Example 2: Closing a receipt based on an order

Set doctype to 'receipt', docnum to 1234, and based_on to '[{"doctype": "order", "docnum": 5678}]'.
