Summary

Search reports by a name keyword or numeric ID with optional advertiser and date filters, then retrieve and return the matching report's results, attempting fallback queries or report IDs if no direct matches are found.

Inputs

• Query (Name or ID) (required) — Keyword to search for report name or numeric report ID directly.
• Advertiser ID — Optional advertiser ID to filter the report search.
• Start Date — Start date for report results; accepts flexible date formats.
• End Date — End date for report results; accepts flexible date formats.
• Fallback Query (if no match) — Keyword to search if original query finds no matching reports.
• Fallback Report ID (if still no match) — Report ID to fetch results from if no reports match query or fallback query.

Output shape

a single JSON object containing the report results, enriched with the matched report's ID and name plus the applied time range

If the query matches a numeric ID, report results are fetched directly; otherwise, report list searches apply the query and optional advertiser ID to find the best report match using exact or partial case-insensitive name matching, or the first result. Fallbacks are attempted sequentially if no matches are found. Date inputs are normalized to full date ranges if partial formats are provided. On failure to find any matching report, an error JSON object is returned detailing the attempts.

Example 1: Fetch results for a report named "monthly performance" for advertiser 123 starting from January 1 to January 31.
