Summary

Retrieves a list of projects from the Kimai time-tracking API, optionally filtered by customer, visibility, date range, or search term.

Inputs

• customers — Comma-separated list of customer IDs to filter the results.
• visible — Filter by project visibility: 1 for Visible, 2 for Hidden, 3 for Both (default is 1).
• start — Start date (inclusive) to filter projects by their date range.
• end — End date (inclusive) to filter projects by their date range.
• ignoreDates — If true, ignores the start and end date filters.
• globalActivities — Include global activities in the project details (default is true).
• order — Sort order: ASC (Ascending, default) or DESC (Descending).
• orderBy — Field to sort by: id, name, or customer (default is name).
• term — Search term to filter projects by name or number.
• requestOptions — Configuration for batching, proxy, timeout, and SSL.

Output shape

A list of project items.

The request is made to the Kimai API endpoint /api/projects. Projects are returned as items in the workflow.

Example 1: Fetch all visible projects sorted by name.

Example 2: Get projects for a specific customer.
