Summary

• Return All — Choose whether to fetch all tasks or limit the number of tasks returned.
• Limit — Specify the maximum number of tasks to return when 'Return All' is false (1-250).
• Options — Additional parameters to filter tasks by entity ID, entity type (Lead, Contact, Company), task ID, completion status, responsible user ID, and task type ID; and to order the results by creation date, update date, or ID in ascending or descending order.

The output includes tasks matching the provided filters and respects the 'Return All' and 'Limit' settings. Sorting is applied as specified in options. No pagination envelope is specified; the list contains all retrieved tasks up to the specified limit or all if 'Return All' is true.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 100 incomplete tasks for lead entity type, ordered by creation date descending.

Set 'Return All' to false, 'Limit' to 100, under 'Options' set filter 'is_completed' to 'Not Completed', 'entity_type' to 'Lead', and order 'created_at' to 'DESC'.
