Customers → Get All

AI-generated

Summary

Retrieves customers from the LatePoint REST API (GET /customers), with optional filtering, sorting, and either manual paging or automatic fetching of all pages.

Inputs

  • Use Filters — Toggle that reveals the predefined Filters collection. When off, only Additional Filters (JSON) is applied.
  • Filters — Collection of optional filters, sent as query parameters: first_name, last_name, email, phone, status (active/inactive), created_date_from/to (YYYY-MM-DD, sent as created_after/created_before), search, sort (id, first_name, last_name, email, created_at), order (asc/desc), is_guest (1/0), has_bookings, wordpress_user_id, include_meta, meta_key, meta_value. Empty values are skipped.
  • Additional Filters (JSON) — JSON object of extra query parameters, merged into the request after the predefined filters and overriding any matching keys. It works whether or not Use Filters is on. Invalid JSON is silently ignored.
  • Return All — When on, fetches every page and emits one item per customer.
  • Max Pages — Shown when Return All is on. Caps the number of pages fetched; 0 means unlimited.
  • Limit — Shown when Return All is off. Results per page (1–100, default 10), sent as per_page.
  • Page — Shown when Return All is off. Page number to fetch (default 1).
  • Description — Free-text note describing the intent of the call, for AI context. The source does not use it in the request.

Output shape

With Return All on, one item per customer, taken from each page's data array. With Return All off, a single item containing the raw API response, including the data array and the pagination object.

Pagination info (total, total_pages, has_next_page) is only available when Return All is off. The Return All loop stops when has_next_page is not true, or when Max Pages is reached. Requests authenticate with a Bearer API key and the base URL from the credentials. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned as an item with an error message.

Examples

Example 1: Look up a customer by email

Use Filters on; Filters → Email = jane@example.com; Return All off, Limit 10.

Example 2: Export all registered customers who have bookings

Use Filters on; Is Guest = Registered, Has Bookings = true; Return All on, Max Pages 0.

Example 3: Pass an API parameter not in the UI

Additional Filters (JSON) = {"per_page": 50}; Return All off.
