Summary

Inputs

Empty strings are omitted. If no flow ID is supplied, the UI description says LeadGrid uses the default flow for the chosen type.

Output shape

One n8n item per input item, containing the created dossier record when the API response has a data field.

If data is an array, each row becomes a separate output item; otherwise the non-null data value is returned as one item. If the response has no data field, the full response is returned. With Continue On Fail enabled, an error produces an item containing `{ "error": "..." }.
