Summary

Adds a note to a LeadTable lead or changes its status, optionally attaching a message. The operation sends the event to the LeadTable web API for the specified lead.

Inputs

• Lead ID (required) — ID of the lead to update.
• Event Type — Choose Add Note (the default) or Change Status.
• Status (required) — For Change Status, the new status title; it must match an existing status.
• Message — For Add Note, a message is required at runtime. For Change Status, an optional message is attached to the event.
• Responsible — Name recorded as the person responsible for the event; defaults to "API".

Output shape

A single API response item for each input item.

The request posts the lead ID and responsible name to the event endpoint. Add Note sends status statusUnchanged with the required message; Change Status sends the selected status and includes the message only if nonempty. Missing lead ID, note message, or status causes an operation error.
