Summary

Creates an option under an existing Léo Delivery modifier by sending a POST request to the merchant catalog API.

Inputs

• Merchant ID (required) — UUID of the merchant whose catalog to manage; defaults to the incoming item’s merchantId.
• Modifier ID — UUID of the existing modifier to add the option to; defaults to the incoming item’s modifierId.
• Payload (JSON) — Option data, typically { "name": "…", "price": … }, with optional description and image (base64, contentType, and extension).

Output shape

A list of one result item per input item.

Each item contains success: true, operation, the API response under data, and a success message. HTTP failures raise a node operation error.
