Summary

Make a call, play a question via IVR, and collect DTMF/voice input. Result is sent to a callback URL.

Inputs

  • from (required) — Internal extension of employee/bot. Used as CallerID.
  • to (required) — Customer phone number without +.
  • idshop — Shop/Branch ID for billing. Leave 0 for Default.
  • askText (required) — Question text the customer will hear.
  • validInputs (required) — Space-separated list of valid DTMF buttons.
  • callbackUrl — URL where LiraX sends the result of key presses.

Output shape

LiraX API response object containing call status and detected input digits.

Phone numbers are normalized by stripping non-digit characters. The API command sent is 'AskQuestion'. If callbackUrl is provided, LiraX POSTs the detected input to that URL.
