Troubleshooting

• Common issues:
  • Invalid or missing Campaign ID will cause the API call to fail.
  • Incorrect API credentials or domain URL will result in authentication errors.
  • Network connectivity problems may prevent reaching the Listmonk server.
• Error messages:
  • Authentication failures typically return HTTP 401 Unauthorized.
  • If the campaign ID does not exist, a 404 Not Found or similar error may occur.
  • Validation errors from the API will indicate missing or malformed parameters.
• Resolutions:
  • Verify that the Campaign ID is correct and corresponds to an existing campaign.
  • Check that API credentials and domain are correctly set up in n8n.
  • Ensure the Listmonk server is reachable and operational.
