Summary

Send an outbound message to a specific contact or iMessage group using the LoopMessage integration.

Inputs

• Send Message To (required) — Select whether to send the message to a single contact or a group.
• Contact (required) — Provide the phone number, email, or contact ID of the recipient. Required if sending to a contact.
• Group ID (required) — Provide the iMessage group ID. Required if sending to a group.
• Text (required) — The text content of the message.
• Subject — Optional subject appearing as a bold title before the text in the message.
• Reply to ID — Optional message_id to reply to, typically from an inbound message trigger.
• Passthrough — Optional custom metadata string sent with all related webhooks, max 1000 characters.
• Attachments — Optional array of up to 3 HTTPS URLs linking to publicly accessible images to include as attachments.
• Effect Name or ID — Optional message effect chosen from a predefined list.
• Sender Name or ID — Optional sender identifier to specify which sender name to use; defaults to automatic selection.
• Channel Name or ID — Optional channel to send the message through; applicable only when sending to a contact.

Output shape

a list of JSON objects indicating the success of each send operation, including the operation type, request details (URL and message body), and the response from the LoopMessage API.

The output includes one item per input item processed. Each item contains an 'ok' flag set to true on success, the operation name, the exact API request made, and the API response. Errors will throw exceptions that n8n handles according to standard node error rules.
