Summary

Retrieves a contact by UID from the CardDAV server, searching across all address books.

Inputs

• contactUid (required) — The UID of the contact to retrieve. Used to match against contact URLs across all address books. Defaults to empty string but must be provided for meaningful results.

Output shape

The node returns an array of result items. Each item contains a boolean success indicating whether the contact was found, and a contact field holding the vCard object (with url, etag, data properties) or null if not found.

Examples

Example 1: Find a contact with a specific UID across the user's CardDAV accounts.

Set the contactUid parameter to the desired contact identifier. No addressBookUrl is required; the operation iterates all available address books.
