Output shape

a single JSON object representing the created contact with the provided information

The output returns the created contact data from the Mindlytics API. Errors during creation will throw exceptions.

Examples

Example 1: Create a contact with phone number only

Set Phone Number field with the E.164 format number and leave Additional Fields empty.

Example 2: Create a contact with phone, name, and custom tags

Set Phone Number; under Additional Fields, provide Name, Email, Tags (e.g., 'vip, customer'), and Custom Fields in JSON.
