• Separar En Items — If true, splits array responses into separate items; if false, returns a single item containing the array.
• Simplificar Respuesta — If true, unwraps common response envelopes like 'datos' or 'elementos'.

Output shape

A list of items, each containing a property record from Mobilia. If 'Separar En Items' is false, a single item containing the full array is returned.

The node supports extensive post-retrieval filtering. If advanced filters are used, the node may retrieve multiple pages to ensure results are consistent with the selected criteria. Pagination is controlled by the 'Orden y paginación' and 'Traer Todo' settings; maximum page size is 100.

Examples

Example 1: List all active properties in a specific city

Set 'Publicación Y Estado General' > 'Activo' to true and 'Filtros Avanzados De Ubicación' > 'Población' to the desired city name.

Example 2: Find rental properties under €300,000 per square meter

Set 'Contexto Comercial Y Precio' > 'Contexto De Precio' to 'Alquiler', 'Precio M2 Máximo' to '300', and 'Operación, Estados Y Responsables' > 'Alquiler Activo' to true.
