Summary

Create a new element in a specified Monterosa project, either by providing detailed parameters via form fields or by supplying custom JSON to define the element's structure.

Inputs

• Project ID (required) — The ID of your Monterosa project where the element will be created.
• Localization — Defines how text localization is handled for custom fields, defaulting to using the same text for all languages.
• Event ID — The ID of the related event to associate the element with.
• Use Custom JSON — Whether to use a custom JSON request body instead of filling individual form fields.
• Custom JSON — A JSON object specifying the entire element definition, including data, relationships, attributes, and question structure.
• Content Type Name or ID (required) — Select or specify the content type of the element to create.
• Start Mode — Sets how the element starts; either manually or at a specified timecode.
• Duration (Seconds) — The length of the element in seconds.
• Offset (Seconds) — Time offset from the event start, required if using timecode start mode.
• Question — The question text, optional question image URL, and custom fields to define the element's question content.
• Options — One or more options for the element, each with text, optional image URL, and custom fields.
• Correct Option — For trivia elements, the 1-based index indicating which option is correct.
• Voting Settings — Settings configuring voting behavior such as certification, max votes per user, and requirement for verified users.
