Summary

Retrieve multiple records from a selected Dataverse table using an OData query or a complete FetchXML query. Optionally choose returned fields, filter and sort OData results, and set an OData result limit.

Inputs

• Table (required) — Choose the table from the list or enter its name or ID.
• Query Type — Select OData (default) or FetchXML.
• Select Fields — Comma-separated field names to return; leave empty to request all fields.
• OData Filter — OData $filter expression, available for OData queries.
• OData Order By — OData $orderby expression, available for OData queries.
• Limit — Maximum OData results to return; defaults to 50 and accepts values from 1 to 5000.
• FetchXML Query — Complete FetchXML query, available when FetchXML is selected.
• Options — Optional custom authentication settings: enable custom auth and provide an environment URL and access token. Other options shown for single-record Get are not available for this operation.

Output shape

A list of matching Dataverse records.

The source pack exposes the operation function signature but not its implementation body, so pagination and the exact response envelope are not shown. Returned fields depend on Select Fields or the query.
