Update an existing Teams message

Inputs

• conversationId (required) — The conversation ID where to update the message
• activityId (required) — The ID of the message to update
• updatedText (required) — The updated message text
• additionalFields — Optional fields such as channel ID, tenant ID, and message type

Output shape

An array of result objects, each containing a success flag and the updated activity data

The response includes success status and the full activity payload; no additional pagination or error envelope is returned
