Summary

Adds generated vocals singing supplied lyrics over an instrumental audio track. Submit the instrumental by URL or by selecting a binary property from an upstream item; the operation returns task identifiers and an ETA for the generation request.

Inputs

• Audio Source (required) — Choose URL (default) or Binary Property as the instrumental source.
• Audio URL (required) — Direct URL to the instrumental audio file; shown when Audio Source is URL.
• Binary Property Name (required) — Name of the upstream binary property containing the audio file; defaults to data.
• Lyrics (required) — Lyrics for the generated vocals. Must contain non-whitespace text.
• Prompt — Optional description of singing style, genre, or vocal characteristics; the UI states a 280-character maximum.
• Gender — Voice gender preference: male, female, or neutral (default).
• Title — Optional title for the generated song.
• Webhook URL — Optional callback URL for a completion notification.

Output shape

A single item per input item, containing a JSON object with success, task_id, conversion_id_1, conversion_id_2, and eta.

Submits the request to MusicGPT and returns its response fields; it does not return the generated audio in this result. Binary uploads use the file name from the binary data when available, otherwise audio.mp3. Empty or whitespace-only lyrics raise an operation error.
