NaLU AIInstall

Summary

Classifies whether a user's reply to a chatbot message expresses a genuine intent to cancel a service, as opposed to referring to cancelling or changing something in the current operation. It sends the agent prompt and user reply to the NaLU AI API and returns the API's JSON response.

Inputs

• agent_input (required) — Agent Prompt/Question: the question or statement the chatbot sent to the user. It gives the API the context for interpreting the reply.
• user_input (required) — User Reply: the user's response text to be checked for cancellation intent.
• language — Conversation language: English (en), Portuguese (Brazil) (pt-BR) or Spanish (es). Defaults to pt-BR.

Output shape

One output item per input item, whose json is the response body from the NaLU AI endpoint POST https://naluai.dev/v1/extract/cancel_intent.

The source does not transform the response, so the exact fields come from the NaLU AI API and are not defined in the node. Requires the naluAiApi credential. If Continue On Fail is enabled, a failed item returns json {error: message}. Otherwise the node throws a NodeOperationError. Items are processed one at a time, with one API request per item.

Examples

Example 1: Tell a real cancellation request apart from a mid-flow change in a support chatbot.

agent_input: "Posso ajudar com mais alguma coisa?"; user_input: "Quero cancelar minha assinatura"; language: pt-BR.

Example 2: Check an English reply before routing the user to a retention flow.

agent_input: "Would you like to confirm your order?"; user_input: "Cancel the order"; language: en. Branch with an IF node on the returned result.
