Summary

Retrieve multiple login message records for all Storage Virtual Machines (SVMs) in a NetApp ONTAP cluster via its REST API.

Inputs

• Cluster Host (required) — Hostname or IP address of the ONTAP cluster management logical interface.
• Port — HTTPS port number for the ONTAP REST API, defaults to 443.
• Filters — Optional API filter expression to filter login messages (field=value pairs with operators) and options to return all results or limit the number retrieved.
• Options — Optional parameters, including a comma-separated list of specific fields to include in the response (use '*' for all fields).

Output shape

a list of login message objects representing all SVMs' login banners and messages

Supports pagination. When 'Return All' is false, the number of returned records is limited by the 'Limit' parameter (minimum 1). Filtering is done by specifying an API filter expression. The response includes an array of records under the 'records' property.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve all login messages from the cluster

Set Cluster Host to the target ONTAP cluster, keep default port 443, leave Filters empty with 'Return All' set to true, and leave Options empty to retrieve all login messages for all SVMs.
