Summary

Fetches the profile picture (avatar) of a WhatsApp user from an EvoGo instance, identified by phone number, with an option to request the smaller preview image.

Inputs

• instanceApiKey (required) — Instance API key, sent as the apikey request header to authenticate against the EvoGo instance.
• getAvatarNumber (required) — Phone number of the user whose avatar to fetch, in international format without symbols (e.g. 5511999999999).
• getAvatarPreview — If true, requests the preview (smaller) image instead of the full-size one. Defaults to false.
• requestOptions — Optional request settings: batching (items per batch and interval in ms), ignore SSL certificate issues, HTTP proxy, and timeout in ms (default 10000).

Output shape

The API response for the avatar lookup, returned as the node's output item(s), typically containing the profile picture information for the given number.

The source pack contains only a class stub, so the exact response shape (e.g. URL vs. binary data) and the HTTP endpoint could not be verified from the source. Behavior described is based on the declared properties only.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch a contact's full-size profile picture to store in a CRM.

Set instanceApiKey, getAvatarNumber = 5511999999999, getAvatarPreview = false.

Example 2: Get lightweight thumbnails for many incoming contacts.

getAvatarNumber = {{ $json.phone }}, getAvatarPreview = true, with batching in Request Options to throttle requests.
