Summary

Add multiple tags (up to 20) to a contact identified by their unique user NS in NicoChat.

Examples

Example 1: Add multiple tags named 'vip' and 'newsletter' to contact with user NS 'user123'.

Set 'User NS' to 'user123', add two tag entries with names 'vip' and 'newsletter' under the 'Tags' fixed collection.
