Summary

Generate a JSON Schema by sending a natural-language description to Orbital’s schema generation API. Choose strict mode to request a schema with all fields required, nullable fields represented with a type union, and additional properties disabled; use the returned schema as an outputSchema in the Execute Agent operation.

Inputs

  • Autenticacion — Select API Key / JWT (default) or a saved n8n Header Auth credential. With API Key / JWT, provide the token in the Token field; it is sent as a Bearer token.
  • Descripcion del Schema (required) — Describe the desired structure in natural language, including fields, types, enums, nullability, and array limits.
  • Strict Mode (OpenAI) — Defaults to on. When enabled, requests additionalProperties: false for objects, marks all fields required, and represents nullable fields with ["type", "null"]. When off, requests a relaxed schema.

Output shape

A single item containing operation: "generateSchema" and the response data from the schema generation API.

The node posts the description and strict-mode setting to Orbital. On request errors, it returns an item with success: false and error details instead of throwing the API error.
