Summary

Create a new invoice in the PEAK Accounting system by sending a raw JSON payload to the specified server environment.

Inputs

• Server Environment (required) — Choose the PEAK server environment to which the invoice will be sent; options are 'UAT' or 'Production'.
• JSON Body (required) — Provide the raw JSON payload representing the invoice data. This can be mapped from a previous node using {{$json}}.
• Client Token — Optionally specify a client token for authentication. This can be obtained from a prior 'Create Client Token' operation and mapped here.

Output shape

a single JSON object representing the created invoice response from PEAK

The node sends a POST request to the '/api/v1/invoices' endpoint with the provided JSON body and returns the JSON response. If a client token is not explicitly provided via the 'Client Token' input, the operation requires one to be available from credentials or a prior token creation step. Errors related to invalid JSON body or authentication issues will be thrown.

Examples

Example 1: Create an invoice in the Production environment using a mapped JSON payload and an optional client token

Set Server Environment to 'Production', JSON Body to mapped invoice JSON, and Client Token to a previously obtained token or leave empty to use the default credentials.
