Summary

Updates an item characteristic in PipeRun using its ID, with optional fields for its name and description. Supports adding custom root-level body fields and query parameters to the request.

Inputs

• Item Characteristics Id (required) — The ID of the item characteristic to update.
• Name — Optional name for the item characteristic.
• Description — Optional description for the item characteristic.
• Custom Body Fields — Add key-value pairs to the root request body. String values that contain valid JSON, numbers, or the literals true or false are parsed into their corresponding JSON values.
• Custom Body (JSON) — A JSON object merged into the root request body.
• Custom Query Parameters — Add key-value pairs to the request URL's query string.
• Custom Query (JSON) — A JSON object merged into the request URL's query parameters.
• Request Options — Configure request batching, SSL certificate validation, an HTTP proxy, and timeout.

Output shape

PipeRun API response data, returned through the node's main output.

The source pack does not specify the response schema. Invalid JSON in Custom Body (JSON) or Custom Query (JSON) raises a node operation error.
