Summary

Fetch records from Pleasanter by specifying either a Site ID to retrieve multiple records or a Record ID to retrieve a single record, with options to filter, sort, and format the output.

Inputs

• Site ID or Record ID (required) — Specify the Site ID to retrieve multiple records or a Record ID to fetch a single record.
• Output Format — Choose 'Flat' to get each record as a separate item with metadata, or 'Raw' to receive the original API response structure.
• View Options — Set parameters to filter and paginate records, such as offset, filters for incomplete, own, delayed, overdue records, search keywords, column-specific filters, sorting instructions, and format display options.

Output shape

a list of record items or a single record, depending on the input; the structure depends on the chosen output format.

If 'Flat' format is selected, each record is returned as a separate item with associated metadata suitable for n8n workflows. If 'Raw' is selected, the original Pleasanter API response structure with a Data array is returned. Pagination can be controlled via the Offset option. Various filters and sorters can be applied through the View Options collection to tailor the results.
