Summary

Retrieve media file by hash from Pollinations storage, optionally including metadata.

Inputs

  • fileHash (required) — Content hash of the file to retrieve
  • includeMetadata — Whether to also fetch file metadata

Output shape

Returns an object with a JSON payload and binary file data. The JSON payload contains the file hash and MIME type, and optionally metadata if includeMetadata is true. A pairedItem marker is also included for n8n item tracking.

The binary data represents the retrieved file contents. Metadata is fetched from a separate endpoint if requested.
