Summary

Create a Posta post for one or more social accounts, optionally adding a caption, media, hashtags, a schedule, draft and processing settings, and platform-specific configuration. The node sends the post details to the Posta API and returns the resulting post data.

Inputs

• Social Account IDs (required) — Comma-separated social account IDs to post to; find IDs with Social Account → Get Many.
• Caption — Post caption, up to 2200 characters. The UI description says to provide either a caption or media IDs.
• Additional Fields → Hashtags — Comma-separated hashtags without #.
• Additional Fields → Media IDs — Comma-separated media IDs, such as IDs returned by Media → Upload.
• Additional Fields → Scheduled At — Datetime to schedule the post. The node converts it to UTC ISO 8601 before sending.
• Additional Fields → Is Draft — Whether to create the post as a draft; defaults to true.
• Additional Fields → Processing Enabled — Whether to enable server-side media processing; defaults to true.
• Platform Configurations — Optional settings for TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Bluesky, or Threads. Fields include platform-specific privacy, placement, content, and metadata settings; comma-separated tags, alt text, languages, and labels are split into lists. TikTok privacy level is described as required for TikTok posts.

Output shape

One or more n8n items, each containing a post result in its json property.

The API response is returned as a single item when it is an object, or one item per element when it is an array. The request creates the post; the output fields depend on the API response.
