Procedure / Report

AI-generated

Summary

Run a named Priority procedure or generate a named report, passing discovered parameters and optional second-step parameters. For procedures, the node can handle confirmation dialogs; reports can return HTML, Excel, or supported PDF/Word document output.

Inputs

  • Type — Choose Procedure or Report; defaults to Procedure.
  • Name (required) — Select a Priority procedure or report from search, or enter its name directly.
  • Parameter Input Mode — Choose Dynamic Fields to select discovered parameters, or JSON to provide a field-number-to-value object.
  • Parameters — In Dynamic Fields mode, add parameter fields and values. Values can be selected from available options or entered directly; custom values may use comparison prefixes (>, <, >=, <=, <>) or wildcards (*, %).
  • Parameters (JSON) — In JSON mode, provide an object mapping field numbers to values.
  • Step 2 Parameters — Optionally provide values for a procedure or report's second input page; available fields are discovered from metadata.
  • Options — Set input sort order, procedure type, report format, and format template where applicable. Procedures can also set dialog policy and ordered per-dialog responses. Dialog settings apply only to procedures; reports ignore them.
  • Connection Overrides — Optionally override the Priority connection details, including URL, company, credentials, language, or connector token.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the procedure result or generated report data.

The exact returned data depends on the selected procedure/report and format. Dialog text is returned in dialogs for procedure executions; selecting Fail on warnings or a per-dialog Fail response causes the node to throw.
