The record includes the Codex home and skills directory, executed command, requested skill name, matching skill details if found, the list of installed skills, CLI stdout and stderr, and an instruction message. A successful CLI exit may still return skillFound: false if the requested skill is not present under the skills directory. Installation errors fail the operation unless Continue On Fail is enabled.
