Inputs

• Current Stage — Filter operational work items by their current stage.
• Customer — Filter by customer organization associated with the work items.

• Priority — Filter by priority level of the work items.
• Process — Filter work items by associated process.

Examples

Example 1: List all unfinished operational work items with priority 'High' due by 31 Dec, 2024.

Set 'Is Finished' to false, 'Priority' to 'High', and 'Due To' to '31 Dec, 2024' in the filters.

Example 2: Search operational work items owned by a specific member containing the keyword 'deployment'.

Select the owner via 'Owner Name or ID' filter and enter 'deployment' in the 'Search' filter.
