Summary

Retrieve multiple documents from the Propstack API with optional filtering, sorting, and pagination controls.

Inputs

• Return All — Boolean flag to choose whether to retrieve all matching documents without limit or limit the number of returned results.
• Limit — Maximum number of document records to return when 'Return All' is false (minimum 1, maximum 500).
• Additional Fields — Optional filters and parameters to refine the document results, including client ID, deal ID, privacy status, order by clause, page number for pagination, project ID, property ID, and document tag.

Output shape

a list of document objects matching the specified filters and sort order

If 'Return All' is set to false, the number of returned documents will be limited to the specified 'Limit'. Pagination and sorting are supported via 'Additional Fields'. Returned documents include all standard document data fields as per the Propstack API.

Examples

Example 1: Get up to 50 documents for a specific client ordered by position ascending

Set 'Return All' to false, 'Limit' to 50, and under 'Additional Fields' set 'Client ID' and 'Order By'='position,asc'.
