Summary

Create or renew a customer link in Panda. If a link already exists for the given parameters, it is disabled and a new link is created.

Inputs

• import-customer — If query parameter exists, customer will be imported into Panda if it does not exist yet before calling function
• type (required) — Analysis type for the customer link: basic_analysis or risk
• customerId (required) — Customer identifier in Panda
• tenderId — Required when type is risk; Panda Insurance Line ID for risk analysis
• handleEmails (required) — Whether to handle email notifications for the customer link
• requireAnswers (required) — Whether to require answers from the customer
• email — Valid email address; value muss eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse sein
• message — Optional message associated with the customer link
• requestOptions — Optional collection for request settings such as batching throttling

Output shape

The Panda API response from POST /panda/customer-links, containing the created or updated customer link object. If a link already exists for the provided parameters, it is disabled and a new link is created.

Requires qonektoApi credentials. All body parameters are sent as JSON in the POST request.

Examples

Example 1: Create a basic analysis link for customer 42 with email notification

Set customerId to 42, type to basic_analysis, handleEmails to true, and email to 'customer@example.com'. import-customer and tenderId can be omitted.
