Get current webhook configuration for a RelayStack instance

Inputs

• instanceId (required) — UUID of the connected instance (obtained from Create or List instance operations)

Contains the webhook configuration returned by the RelayStack API, typically a JSON object with the webhook URL (e.g., { url: 'https://example.com/webhook' }) or an empty object if no webhook is set.
