One output item per input item, containing a ZIP binary and JSON metadata.

The binary is named output.zip and has MIME type application/zip. JSON includes requestId, fileUrl, and fileMapping, which is read from the response headers; fileMapping is an empty array if it is absent or invalid. Invalid JSON contents produce an operation error.
